Returns & Refunds

At Example Electronics, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process. This policy applies to all products sold through our website.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- 1.The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- 2.The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- 3.You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- 4.Items must include all accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts (if applicable).
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us with photos and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- 1.Email our customer support at gsamultiservicepoint@gmail.com with your order ID and reason for return.
- 2.Our team will review your request and arrange for reverse pickup if eligible.
- 3.Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, we will process your refund or replacement.
Note: Reverse pickup may not be available in all locations. In such cases, customers may need to self-ship the item. Shipping charges for returns are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within one day7–10 business days.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment:
- Credit/Debit Card: Refund will be credited to the same card.
- UPI/Wallets: Amount will be credited to the same account.
- Cash on Delivery: Refund will be issued to your bank account after you share account details.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- 1.Recheck your bank account or card statement.
- 2.Contact your bank or card provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- 3.If you still have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at gsamultiservicepoint@gmail.com.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same model, contact us with the product details and issue. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
