At Example Electronics, we understand the importance of fast and safe delivery, especially to our valued customers in Tamil Nadu. This Shipping Policy explains how we manage delivery, timelines, and charges for all orders placed on our website.

Service Areas

We deliver across all districts of Tamil Nadu, including Chennai, Coimbatore,Theni, Madurai, Trichy, Salem, Tirunelveli, Erode, Thanjavur, Vellore, and other towns and rural areas. We also serve nearby South Indian states.

Delivery Timeline

For most Tamil Nadu locations:

  • Theni & major cities: 1 to 3 working days
  • Tier 2 & 3 towns: 3 to 5 working days
  • Village/Rural areas: 5 to 7 working days

Delivery time may vary slightly during festivals, heavy rain, or logistics strikes.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and government holidays). Once processed, the product is packed and handed over to our courier partners.

Courier Partners

We use reliable courier partners like DTDC, Delhivery, ST Courier, and Professional Courier who have good coverage and faster delivery in Tamil Nadu. Once dispatched, you will get a tracking link via SMS and email.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within Tamil Nadu.
  • For orders below ₹999:
    • Prepaid: ₹40
    • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹40 + ₹30 COD charges
  • Shipping charges are shown clearly during checkout before payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most areas of Tamil Nadu. Please ensure correct address and phone number. If COD is rejected or refused more than once, COD option will be disabled for your account in future.

Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

If our courier partner is unable to deliver after multiple attempts (e.g., customer unavailable, incorrect address, phone not reachable), the product will be returned to us. In such cases:

  • Refund (if prepaid) will be done after deducting two-way shipping cost.
  • Reshipping is possible with prepaid only.

Delivery Damages or Issues

If the parcel is damaged, opened, or tampered, please do not accept the delivery. Take a photo and inform us immediately. If you find internal damage after accepting the parcel, inform us within 48 hours with proof. We will inspect and arrange replacement or refund based on our Return Policy.
